The last 2 days have been rough. One of PAD’s members lost a nephew and so we show support by sending a truck to their area. I never met this player, but I gave my condolences and later, I gave him a digital hug.
The next day, FAFO had one of their members pass away.
I’m always humbled by good folks on this server.
Sometimes, people say things at the wrong time or they are insensitive. One player was doing that. She was downplaying his death compared to kids starving and dying everyday…something to that affect. I had this response:
I try to be good online and I refrain from trash talk because I don’t know what someone is going through in there life. So I’d rather be a good person than a horrible person.
I do give my condolences to PAD and FAFO as they both lost family. I don’t know or want to assume any specifics. I send positive vibes and hope it helps with some of the healing for these families.
