This SvS there was no capital clash, just Enemy Buster. Enemy Buster resets at Friday, 6pm, pacific time. I am going to Los Angeles for the weekend. I started to drive at 4:30pm. I just shielded for a bit.
I got into Buena Park near 11pm and I started to work on my farm scheme.
I woke up a few hours later to get my day started. I did go visit a few friends in 227.
I went to see if Kublaikhan and Sammy Brobro were home. Both weren’t online. Later Kublaikhan did get on and we chatted for a bit. I was told that Maori Battalion had left the game (if you ever read this bro, I wish you luck in life!).
Another 227 visit was to ONX. We had a few of them come to FAFO hive for TvT a couple weekends back. I went to go see my friend EGain. He wasn’t home either, but later a quick chat for a bit.
I also stopped by to see my Duel Chat friend, Gold – Roger.
My day consisted of going to Little Tokyo to eat and buy some local goods!
Farms Episode 2
While I did complete my theory of bringing farms to a rendezvous point, there is another factor. These farms wouldn’t exist if there weren’t a co-op. This is super important. Most of my farms have only been able to be built up due to them being in farm alliances.
I am truthful with the farm alliance that I am a part of, so they know I am a 229 player. Let me reinterate some of my principles:
- Not a deceptive and deceitful player, be honest
- Not a sabotuer or espinoage tactics
- Respect the State/Server’s rules
- Don’t interfere in server politics
- Treat farm alliance/relationships with respect.
- Just farm and save rss (No Looting players)
- Offer rss to main alliance of farms
- If there is a conflict of interest – inform R5 and don’t farm until SvS or Capital Clash is complete.
I have a small 227 farm that I haven’t really revealed. I started to build it this past week and was planning on trying to drain what little was in it until I got my plunder limit maxed out.
I saw that FAFO was hitting a lot of alliances and saw that YaDawgAR moving around to combat FAFO. I caught up with AR and said hello.
AR and I talked briefly when 227 did Capital Clash in 229.
I let him know my farm idea and he said it was okay to have the farm in VSK. Of course, if I ever cross the line, he would address it.
I reached out to Captmal and he approved my application. So now, I will build it up for friends there to use.
Having a farm in another state/server takes a bit of dedication. Once I get it to that comfortable level, all I do is send them out to collect rss. While there is no real obligation, if I come on a Zombie Siege or event, I do try to play for a bit. What I have learned is that I play these to bare minimum. Even entering S2 and trying to take tiles was a HUGE challenge as they are so weak and I never get the digs with wrenches. LOL.
Conclusion
While most EB I am out, this was a more extreme example as I was traveling. I was in/out of the game, but I was able to work on my farms, visit friends and even make stronger connections.
End of the day was a hike at Griffith Observatory at sunset
And some Korean BBQ for dinner!
