Currently on this server, we are part of NAP 10.
NAP 10 (plus).. stands for Non-Aggression Pact between the top 10 Alliances. This means NO scouting or attacks on anyone. If there is, it will be repercussions.
Also, there has been somewhat of an Extension. ANY TEAM over 2.1 Billion is given the NAP 10 extension. Additionally, Some Alliances have made FARMS and have connected or absorbed a smaller Alliance to increase status.
Farm accounts can be tricky, so look at the name to see if there is a hit of an Alliance.
