When logging in, there are quite a few things that need to happen. On a micro level, we focus on building our bases, our troops and getting resources to upgrade.

This also contributes to the team’s points (for ranking) and small rewards for everyone.

First, Anything with a RED dot, click it. It’s a universal sign that notifies you to look at where that red dot is. Often times, it’s to claim rewards or in some cases like in mail, a battle summary.

Yes, there are red notifications and chests that need to be claimed, pretty much everywhere! LOL. I didn’t even realize there were many thing to collect, even when I wasn’t doing much.

There is a lot of tabs, on the left side of the screen, on the right side of the screen, there’s tabs when you click logos… There is a lot to collect.

Collecting in your base

I have been relying on my base for most of my rss (resources such as food, wood, energy and zents). When you go to your base, tapping on the pop ups will store those resources.

Even if you didn’t do anything while you are offline, some team mates have. If the fought Boomer zombies and creep zombies, you will get some “spoils” or as I say, residuals.

Radar

The radar in your base will have some pop ups to fight a zombies or attack a mine. Often times, you can also get freebies and also help your team if there is a prompt.

After you take care most of the freebies and claim items, you probably do your upgrades on buildings or get speed up builds.

In Base

Even within your base, there are some things you can do as part of your daily tasks.

Hero’s Battlefield

The campervan structure will lead you to Hero’s Battlefield. Here you can earn and learn different combinations for Heroes and troops. Learn synergy.

Area Exploration

Go back to where it all started, a scroll shooting game!

Arena Challenge

You can challenge 5 people to Hero vs Hero.

Bounty Missions

These are really just dispatching a group of 2-3 Heroes to get stuff.

Usually people do Boomer Zombies (hit magnifying glass on the right and join a rally). You can also attack Creeps the same way, but you will attack alone.

Hit the Magnifying glass (or search) and you can search for resources and zombies. Boomers seem to give the best resources and everyone will get “spoils” (see above)

*note – before you get offline, there is an “auto join” option. You trucks will auto join anyone that is online doing these runs. You will also get the rewards.

There are other “tasks” prompts to do as well.

Main tasks are usually for you to upgrade parts in your base. Daily tasks are if you use speed ups or recruitment tickets where you can get the silver coins to buy in the Alliance shop.

Finally, you can go around loot bases. Again, check to see what the current rules are as there are cool off periods and also political discourse going on. If anything, ask you teammates for clarity.
