When it comes to SvS, you need high turn out to help. We had 230 this SvS and it was rough.

I personally felt timing of people playing (as some of us started after reset and EB). 230 players are no slouches and a couple of their alliances have different time zones than us. While it is early, early morning for us, it might be day time/evening for them.

It was a S##t show. We had low participation from the server and were outnumbered by a ratio of 5:1.

Losing is part of the game and it’s expected at times. But to lose like this where you only have a sliver of the server, it makes it more difficult to swallow.

So much so, that FAFO kicked out a few members that didn’t help out and left NAP and will enforce the server’s participation.

We started with jumping to 230 after reset for EB. While we cleared the mud, there wasn’t people filling in as much (229 participation) while on the other hand 230 kept coming.

Hours later when SvS was official, we went at it, but with the constant fighting and zeroing all night, it left a lot of our heavy hitters drained.

Personal thoughts: It was horrible to see everyone fighting hard and not get reinforcement. You lose troops and have to rebuild. This was something I hated seeing. Even being in the grass shielded, you can send reinforcement or engage with other tanks for TvT as a distraction.

I do get that people have lives and are busy, but even just bubbling in the grass and reinforcing your team can make a huge impact. There is a lot of people that play casually or part time. I know as many of the middle sized alliances are like that.

There were 229 players that showed up after the capital had be defended successfully and SvS was over. They attacked Sins in an attempt to get points. After SvS is over, you don’t get points. So that looks bad to attack people that are getting their rewards.

We could have done better and I wish people would have communicated more.
