This was the 1st time we would fight 233. The expanded range does play different as they have more whales that clear the mud. Our range, 225 to 232, usually we fight in the mud.
I was busy since this time I had to go to work the next day. I also used my alt main to be in TZI.
We also had a few 237 players that were in 229 for EB, but decided to get involved because they didn’t like FAFO.

We were able to defend against 233. When I was in the southern part of the capital, Dons was there attacking. A few of their whales did clear bases, but noboy tp’d in.
As for our 237 visitors, they initially attacked and we repelled them back. Throughout the night, they though it was dumb to be in the mud and “lose troops”. This is when I realized they play different. They didn’t understand the strategy. While the night progressed and the EB mud battles slowed down, this is where we thought that the 237 players would attack. They didn’t and by Capital Clash, they didn’t do much.
Yes, usually people don’t intervene in Capital Clash for the most part.
